Three years of regular therapy, zanax, zoloft, etc. didn't help much. I found WebEMDR.com and after the first session knew something was working. After five sessions, most of my depression was gone. No one should go through what I did for ten years. Try this site. At least once.

EMDR provides a way for people to free themselves from destructive memories, and it seems to work, even in cases where years of conventional therapy have failed.

Before it would stress me out and cause me GRIEF - now I feel better, less insecure, definitely more confident. IT DOESN'T CONTROL ME ANYMORE . That's the best part. It's still a memory, but one I can deal with. I'll help get the word out. So many people could benefit and from the privacy of their homes.
